Return to Popolocrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale
Our first title was held over from last month. Return to Popolocrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale features two popular 3DS franchises crossing over: The fairy tale world of Popolocrois and the farming simulation of Story of Seasons! Price Pietro of Popolocrois is stranded in a strange land where nothing will grow and is forced to live as a farmer, returning life to the corrupt soil in order to make your way home! Yes, you basically farm your way out of trouble. Sounds strange, but also like a boat load of fun! We’ll finally find out on March 1st on Nintendo 3DS.
Another holdover from February, Alekhine’s Gun puts you in the shoes of a cold war era KGB spy recruited to be a double agent by the CIA. Featuring 11 missions each of which can be completed by diving headfirst into shootouts or by stealth in the shadows, or anything in between. Each of the missions can be replayed too so you can get the best of both worlds and improve your score. Alekhine’s Gun will be available on XBOX One and PlayStation 4 on March 1st!
I know what you’re thinking: FarCry Primal already came out! And it did, for consoles! March 1st will see the Windows release of the already popular new game! Set 12000 years in the past, your character is an outcast cave man who learns to tame animals and eventually rises to be the chief of his own tribe!
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD
There have been over a dozen Zelda games now and this month one of the classics is making it’s return! Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is, as the name implies, an HD remaster of Twilight Princess for the Nintendo Wii U. The already critically acclaimed game has had a complete graphical overhaul and added functionality for Nintendo Amiibos. Now’s the time to grab your Link, Toon Link, Sheik, and Ganondorf Amiibos to unlock some awesome in-game bonuses! Twilight Princess will be available for Nintendo Wii U on March 4th.
The latest game to bear the Tom Clancy brand is The Division, a third person shooter in which you investigate the origins of a virus that has decimated a dystopian New York! You are an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division, an elite force created to stay in the crisis zone and prevent the fall of society into total chaos. you’ll fight different factions, while upgrading your own gear. You’ll play alone and with other players to unravel the mystery and stop the virus.
The Division will be available on March 8th for XBOX One, PlayStation 4, and Windows. In addition to the standard version there will be a Gold Edition which includes a season pass to upcoming expansion packs, an exclusive sawed off shotgun to add to your kit, access to exclusive monthly events, and exclusive content drops!
Climb into the octagon as your favorite fighter or create your own in EA Sports UFC 2! Fight in new modes like KO mode in which you have to fight and win by punches and kicks only, Build your own events or compete online for titles, and when there’s an actual UFC event on TV you can predict the winners to win in-game prizes! This one is a must-have for UFC fans with an XBOX One or PlayStation 4, and will be available March 15th!

An evil warlord takes away your loved one you are granted magical powers and set about a quest for vengeance. Yes, it’s a pretty standard setup for a fantasy game but that isn’t a bad thing. Lichdom: Battlemage sees you questing as a male or female character (each with a unique variation on the character back story) using all kinds of magic to smite your enemies. Unlike most games you don’t have finite mana or energy so you can cast spells to your heart’s content, and when you finish the game you can start over with your fully developed character! Available since summer 2014 this one finally arrives on XBOX One and PlayStation 4 on March 22nd! Update: release date has been delayed until April 19th.
TrackMania returns! TrackMania Turbo is the newest game in the series and features over 200 race tracks in 4 unique environments! You can also create your own tracks or have the game generate a random one for you! Not new to the game is up to 4 player split screen racing, but a new cooperative mode called “double driver” lets you and a friend control the same car! TrackMania Turbo looks like a ton of fun and we can’t wait until March 22nd to find out!!
